We'll confirm which artistic activity you're interested in joining and post you a resource pack with information on your Digital Activity Buddy, Artist and an easy technical support guide to get you started.
2. Recieve Technical Support
Once we understand what technical support you need, we will match you up with our Digital Activity Buddy to help you to get online. Our Buddy's act like a technical befriender, giving you a friendly phone call to provide you with any initial technical support, before helping you to access our artistic sessions online each week until you feel confident to do this yourself.
3. Get Started and Sign Up
You will have already chosen which artistic sessions you would like to participate in when speaking to our team. If you're still undecided, check out our services page for further information.
Now it's time to take part!
Your artist will be in touch to introduce themselves to you and find out a little bit more about you to ensure the session is tailored to your needs and interests before you join in each week. You will be given the chance to speak to other people with similar interests at the start of your session each week and will be given tasks and things to work on to help you to keep your mind active and encourage conversations before your next session.
