I want to refer someone

We are ACTIVELY encouraging and accepting referrals

Check below for our criteria but we would love to hear from you...

We understand the pressures you are under working in health and social care and want to make it as simple as possible for you to make a referral that will benefit each and everyone of the older persons/people you support. All we need is a name, telephone number and consent of the older person you would like us to support and we can give them a call to get our process started.

We also understand how important it is for us to respond to you in a timely manner when working with older persons/people with mental health concerns and especially cognitive impairments. Once we receive your referral we will get back to you in 24 hours and follow up referrals within a couple of working days.

Free subscriptions may be available for eligible participants, contact us to find out more.

If you are interested in becoming a partner, please contact Victoria Burnip at Info@unforgettableexperience.org.uk
